This is the only scan we have of Terra.  She was medium-sized Terrier breed on the right with Taco (then 5 months old) and Tekla.  The tranquil dog-family photo is from December 1997.
Terra showed up one day on our road with bloody paws and decided that she was going to adopt us.  She ended up not getting along with Tekla, or maybe it was Tekla who did not get along with Terra!
Terra was Mommy's dog. Terra was shot during the Summer of 2001 by a gun-crazed farmer-neighbor from his pick-up truck (we have more than our share of such demented gun slingers here) when she was toddling along the road minding her own business!
