We live on the Keweenaw Peninsula, now an island in Lake Superior, separated by the Portage Canal. Here you find a clean, pristine nature. Winters can be severe: annual snowfall exceeds 200" (5.08 meters); temperature occasionally dips below -20ºF (-30ºC).
